Just reply that email to the interview coordinator and propose the time you wish to conduct the Skype interview...

I do Movember and even have it on my application. Going to interview in mid-November and I have to make sure the mustache looks good, otherwise they might think I lied on my application.

I believe all US apps have been receiving invites for the past few weeks. I'm east coast and got mine on 10/8

There are many people doing movember here at Johnson, I wouldn't worry too much. If you are worried, just make a joke about it in the beginning of the interview

Hi, anybody have any idea how does Johnson review applications? by nationality? by industry? OR randomly?? And how long should i prepare for the worst if I haven't receive an invite since my status changed to under review?? Thanks!! Good luck to all!!
