the waiting is HARD!!..I submitted mine on the 2nd, one of my recommenders didn't send his letter in till the 9th so my status only changed to under review on the 18th...n like most of you I'm still waiting to hear back from the adcom. Is it possible that applicants with stellar profiles have been invited and the rest are being evaluated overall as a pool? cos it seems bizarre that more invites aren't coming out...although SOM seems to be taking their time too.

I think it went well. I have interviewed at few schools this and last year, but never did one with a member of an admissions committee. It's a completely different experience as I think that the stakes are much higher. I was mainly asked about Why MBA, Why Johnson and what will I bring to campus. Also, there were 3-4 behavioral questions, mainly to get an idea of what kind of a team player I am. Also, in my case, the admissions person had specific questions regarding my application which kind of threw me off a bit, but overall I feel I did well enough.
