Does anyone has an idea about H1B to F1 visa conversion? Can an H1B holder apply for F1 visa? I am working on H1B and I have to leave my employer for MBA, so I would need F1.
My application changed to Under Review on 10/28. Received an interview invite email today, 11/13. My location is California. Since I already visited Johnson, I'll schedule a Skype interview. Can anyone who already did a Skype interview share any tips? My main concern is audio quality.

I meant rolling in terms of handing out decisions...of course they are constantly reviewing. I may be wrong, but based on looking at last year's thread I don't think anyone has found out whether or not they were admitted prior to a few weeks before the notification deadline. Regardless, 1 more month!
i submitted my application days before R1 deadline, and now it should have been "under review" for more than a month. can i, therefore, assume that the situation is not optimistic?? that i am probably dinged by Cornell??
