Feeling kinda numb at this very moment. I know Tuck is an awesome school, and I'm super fortunate to have been offered a place there (yay!).
But you're right, at this instant, the WL decision from Sloan does sting bad :(

By the way, if any of you Boston-based R2 AdMITs would like to meet some future classmates, I am meeting a few other future Sloanies tonight and tomorrow. Shoot me a PM if you're in town and interested!

Congrats to everyone who was accepted today. Does anyone have an idea how many people were placed on the wait-list?
It's hard to say. I can tell you roughly 450 students were admitted (for 350 seats). If you assume a 66% yield, then that means the school will need to pull roughly 50 people off the waitlist.

Turns out you're right; got my call at 211p today.

General question (for anyone), I'm unable to make it to admit weekend. Is that bad form? or just to woo students, etc????

In previous years, the Adcom has said about 200 people are waitlisted but some people think that the AdCom might have a smaller waitlist this year after last year's situation with an oversubscribed class.

Honestly, if you're set on attending Sloan, AdMIT Weekend is mostly just to help you get to know some of your fellow classmates before you matriculate. If you can't make it, I wouldn't sweat it (although it was a lot of fun!).
