It depends, this year the numbers are much lower. In my region they are about 0.4 and I guess it is the same in other places (looking at GMATclub it is 10% from 25% - very much the same). This is a very bad year from our point of view.

Also, GC trend (25 down to 10) isn't a concern to me since this group is heavily biased for international applicants.
I am international student, so it is not biased for me...
There are about 4000+ candidates and about 340 spots, so the final number will be less than 8.5%(but you are right that I do not know what is the initial percent of interviewees). Moreover, a lot of candidates got waitlisted so you are also compete against those students.
