Due to rising travel costs, after today, the Authoritarian Party plans to cut by half the number of voluntary fundraising dinners it holds. However, the annual number of speeches, those speeches’ quality, and the price for entry will remain unchanged. Political analysts predict that neither small nor large contributors will leave the party due to this plan.

a) With rising travel costs, the average fundraising dinner will cost one-third more to hold tomorrow than today.
