any chance we can expect results on 17th or 18th considering 20th is a sunday? i desperately need an admit from georgetown and hopefully with some scholarship...

Yes...my interviewer told me that since 20th is a Sunday I can expect them to start sending out calls Friday onwards. But don't fret if you don't get a call on friday. Even in R1 people got calls until the deadline and some even got notified of admit thru portal directly.

You might start getting calls from today. Last year I received a mail late on thrursday night and some directly got notified on the application portal. So as long as you get an explicit reject... You are in with a good chance.
