The questions on the one-on-one interview can range from asking what the best part of your resume is, to your thoughts about the TBD and then what your supervisors might say about you when you are not there. All in all, pretty relaxed.
If Wharton likes you, you get in; if they don't, it's not the end of the world. Great experience though!
