From what I recall when interview invites went out, the rejected people got such a "decision" on their portal indeed.
So I guess we'll have that as well, but I doubt it will be prior to the deadline. You may get the decision online earlier than by email though as sometimes email are delayed (e.g. I got my interview invite in my inbox only 20 mins after it was sent).
