Hi All

One of my recommenders told me that although he has answered the questions for Wharton properly, he submitted the word file with HBS's recommendation questions.

Should I contact wharton regarding this? He says that the questions were similar and while writing for Wharton, he started with the word file he had written for Harvard. And forgot to change the questions.

I'm by no means an expert, but I think you should leave it. Why draw attention to the mistake by your recommender? Plus I think Adcoms want to just hear another person's thoughts of you, not necessarily the specific answer to the question. Sort of like when you ask a friend, "what do you think about him/her?"
