Eerily quiet here! Only 6 applicants applying to MMM this year? Last year, there were around 39 applicants who applied to MMM and 15 out of them got admitted.

Just throwing it out there - Since this is a specialised program, do you think it would be tougher to get in or easier?
Also, wanted to clarify something I came across in the other forum; "Do Kellogg interview everyone?"
@MVerick this is purely anecdotal evidence but I had a client apply in R3 to both programs. MMM came back with an offer of 50K merit scholarship, we negotiated 50K from Booth, and Kellogg went to 60K.
Booth wouldnt match it but he went there anyways. I haven't done a lot of applications for this program since then, but I would think it's probably either the same or less competitive.

Also @MVerick yes, they do interview everybody. I think they want to screen out the assholes. For this reason they also do video essays, where don't know the question in advance and you only have one take to record the video. I very strongly recommend that you work with an interview coach like myself for this component of the application. It's important to just get a lot of practice with the sample questions and become good at speaking extemporaneously on camera without having any cues from who your talking with and it basically just being a complete blank nothing screen. It's a little weird it's like talking to a wall.

Last year, I remember, there were 2 different applications for MBA and MMM programmes. But when I opened this year's application form, I'm unable to see the form for MMM, only the ones for FT MBA, Weekend, exec MBA and MSMS programme.
Can someone point me to the right location for the MMM programme, if there is any alternate link?

Hi,
You have to start the application by selection R1/2/3 for full time MBA. Then go to program of interest section. Under the program type, you can select MMM (out of 4 given options).

Very interested in MMM program, due to design thinking focus and my end goal of going back into an early stage healthcare start up. A little concerned about it being a program better suited to those looking for PM role where I am looking for a growth strategy/operations role.
I have looked for MMM specific class details, but I have not had much luck. I have seen anecdotal evidence that people come from all kinds of backgrounds and go into equaly as many fields but its a big decision. Working on networking with current MMM students to learn more, can share what I find here.
Other risk is the electives you could have taken as MBA are reduced because course load is occupied by dual degree courses....

I applied to the MMM program but unless given some kind of scholarship, I'm not sure I'd be able to attend it. If admitted, Any idea if they are open to a program shift to MBA incase the finances don't work out for the MMM?

Thanks for the warm welcome. I am applying to the MMM for R2 and I'm really hopeful only thing is I'm very worried about my chances. I have to take the GMAT in a couple of weeks, please share tips for the application for those of you who have gotten in. Thank you.

Hi, the last client I got into this program was offered $60k. Admission tips are really not much different from any other program. Create linkage between your past work history and your post MMM goal, demonstrate how you would leverage the program to achieve a goal that admissions committee would be inspired by.
