It's also hard to nail down because of the small sample size (GMATClub gets <10% of all Stanford GSB applicants). Personally, I think they break it up first and then each reader has their own system for getting through the pile. So it might start out in a predictable manner, but, because each reader has a different system, it ends up being fairly random. That's just my theory. I'm really just trying to put my mind at ease to reduce the stress a bit lol.
Just for a point of reference, where are you from, what's your industry, and when did you apply? I'm from the United States (East Coast), I work at a non-profit in the defense industry, and I applied ~18 hours before the deadline. Not that my information really helps since I haven't received an invitation yet, but maybe starting a discussion will help pass the time
