You seem to be a SOM "type" with your background and interests, but the academics also matter. Can you retake the GRE (or take the GMAT instead)? Your GRE score correlates to about a 560 GMAT, which almost always gets rejected (I don't have GRE data, but the last intake of 300+ SOM students had a GMAT 620 as the
minimum). I did a campus visit at SOM and one of the admissions officers said they like to see at least 70% percentile in both quant and verbal GMAT subscores, but the GRE is easier, so you would need to get the GRE V up to at least 158-160 and the GRE Q to about 163-165 to be competitive.
Where did you go to college? US or a different country?
