Can somebody please confirm what happens when i click on the video questions link to submit the essays. If I click am I supposed to answer in that session only or I can do it later as well?

I thought the video questions were a bit more hardball than Kellogg, but that's because Kellogg really only asks you one unexpected question and it's a fun one.

I think we get three random questions, and people will get different ones. Some seem straight-forward such as "Why an MBA now/ SOM?" and others are left-field questions like, "Do you think society would have been better off without the invention of cars."

3) Some say that social media communication is a good development. Agree or Disagree?

(Don't remember the wording exactly).

The questions will always be one of each category: about yourself, about a work project, and agree/disagree with a statement.

2) Describe a problem at work, steps you took to solve it, and what was the outcome?
3) Agree or disagree: organizations should place more value on advice from experienced employees vs those of external experts.
