I'm currently looking into various MSF programs, with Vanderbilt being my top choice. At the start of my studying I took the GMAT Prep practice test to see where I was starting at and got a 580. I haven't been studying as much as I would like, as I've been fairly busy, but I just took a Kaplan practice test and got a 630. Because I have a high GPA, I know my score can be below the average (although I hope it isn't.) I have about a month of studying left to go using
Magoosh. Is it possible to end up with a 675+ on the GMAT?
Thanks!
Hi. So you need a 680? (scores come in multiples of 10).
Yes, it is very possible to improve 50 points esp if you have not done a lot of studying in the past. What are your scaled (section) scores? V vs. Q?
Usually one of them is easier/faster to improve than the other.
Do you have an
Official Guide? I would recommend to get a copy. It won't teach you much but it is a great source of questoins.
If you like books and only have a month left, I would recommend a Kaplan book and if you are struggling with Q or V, another book to potentially recommend....
