Or, \(\frac{1}{500} + \frac{1}{50}\)

Or, \(\frac{1+10}{500}\)

Answer: C

19/9500 + 95/4750
= 1/500 + 1/50
= .002 + .02
= .022

Therefore, Thousandths digit in decimal equivalent = 2
