Hi GMATClub,
Has anyone here taken their GMAT test at the Pearson Center in Andheri, Mumbai? If yes, can you please give me brief of your experience - what can and can't I carry, other restrictions if any? Were you given a regular notepad and pen or was it something else?
I am planning to book my exam this week and I wanted to know if my name has to match my name on my passport. Reason I'm asking is because my passport includes my middle name as well however gmat registration has different text boxes for First Name, Middle name and Last name where Middle name is not mandatory. Can I just use my first and last name or does it have to be EXACTLY the same as my passport? Anything else to keep in mind while booking the test?
I will be super grateful if someone here could clear my doubts. Apologies for asking too many questions in one post. Nerves getting the best of me haha. Thanks and have a nice day!
Hi
Rochix123,
1. If I remember correctly, that's the main center in Mumbai. I haven't taken the GMAT there, but some of my students have. If you're taking the exam in Mumbai, that's the one I recommend.
2. Get in touch with the Pearson customer service team and ask them to confirm whether not providing your middle name is acceptable, given that it's included in your passport. Or you could just fill that box in as well.
All the best.
