Hi
Sazzad1046, thanks for sharing your profile with us at
mbaMission. You are at a great point in your career to apply to business school. From a work experience perspective, your profile looks very strong. Management Trainee programs are well-regarded and it seems like you got a lot of early exposure from the role. Your current role is less typical but I think will help you stand out from other finance/banking applicants, especially considering all the executive/board exposure. Seems like you bring a good mix of skills! Academically, your GMAT is competitive for top programs, well done. Your GPA is low though -- I wonder if you're converting that to a 4.0 scale? You may need to share a bit more context about that. Do you have any activities outside of work or community involvement? If not, then that could be a weaker area.
Depending on those areas, you should target a range of programs with strong reputations in finance and banking. This usually means schools such as Wharton, Booth, Columbia, NYU, Cornell, Michigan, perhaps LBS if you are considering non-US programs too. But you should investigate these programs for yourself to see what you think. Definitely check out our school insider's guides to help with your research:
