If you want a little extra practice with your Analytical Writing Essays, we’ve just come across a great resource for you. The GMAC is hosting a survey that includes having participants write out two essays. If you are studying for the GMAT, this gives you a great chance to see more sample essay questions as you practice. In addition, the GMAC is giving participants $30 for completing this survey. They’re only looking for 1000 participants, so be sure to sign up soon if you want this opportunity!
https://www.manhattangmat.com/blog/index ... urself-30/Note that I have not yet done this myself so I can't verify anything, but I seriously doubt the GMAC would try to pull a fast one.
That said, I am curious why they would be spending $30,000 to gather information they could get from their many test results. Maybe they aren't allowed to use or access the actual GMAT AWA essays for some reason?
EDIT: More details - I just finished mine. They have you write two essays with 30-minute time limits, very similar to the GMAT. For payment you complete a W-9 and mail it to ACT, Inc. A $30 check will be mailed in 3-5 weeks.
