Hi Ed,

Yes--although there are different numbers of questions on each section (31 on Quant and 36 on Verbal), the 15/25 method should work equally well for both sections of the test, since the final questions on Verbal matter to your score more so than do the final questions on Quant--hence, you should be a bit further along on Verbal than on Quant by the time you reach the 25-minutes remaining mark.
