Many corporations are resistant to environmental regulations because they feel that implementing the technology necessary to follow the regulations will result in increased costs and decreased profits. Can someone exlain why E is wrong?
Apart from cost there are no other disadvantages given in the passage...
So how come there is any disadvantage to installing new technology?
