Wow, it does seem really quiet these days. But looking at the performance of this board in R1 (and the fact that there's 20 days to 'mid-Feb'), I'd be willing to bet that the majority of the invites are yet to go out.

This may be a dumb question, but when printing out copies of your resume for the interview (in case your interviewer forgot his/her copy) does it have to be on nice resume paper or is plain, white computer paper fine?

Just depends on how you want to present yourself.

I say plain paper is fine. The content and what you say are far more important.

here is a theory that those still waiting for an interview invite should find comforting:
the more qualified you are, the later you will get your interview invite. This is becasue they'll most likely admit you and need less time to review/discuss your application.

those that get an interview invite early....well.....u know what I'm trying to imply

just a theory....

"Because we review applications before inviting applicants for an interview, it may take some time before you receive an interview invitation. Those selected will be contacted by email to schedule an interview. Invitations will be extended between now and the end of February. Applications are not read in any particular order. The timing of our invitation to interview is not an indication of an applicant’s qualifications or likelihood of being admitted."

seems there is still hope !!!!

Just got an email/newsletter from Ross Admissions. Largely a reprint of Soojin's blog. Well, that's the only part of the newsletter I read, anyway.

Yeah, Soojin was quick to discredit this afternoon's theory on application strength/IV invite date. :-D
