Hello there,
Sorry it took me so long to get back to you, but I was on the road for about 10 days there, so I'm catching up on things just now.
Sooo let's have a look here.
The best thing I can see in your profile is your leadership. Lots of leading and BIG teams of 12. So that's great! (Although I would love to hear more about your achievements)
On the challenging side is that fact that you are an Indian Tech Male candidate, from a non-IIT, with good but not great grades.
Also, I can't really evaluate you without a GMAT and TOEFL. So if you have those write me back.
But I did want to write you at least one thing: right now the way you present yourself is a bit too technical. What the business school will be interested in is your LEADERSHIP and your ACHIEVEMENTS. So when you go through your profile, ask yourself" what was REALLY the coolest thing I did? The most challenging? The most successful? And what about my leadership?
Taking a more holistic vision of you and your experience, will help you in your writing a great deal.
Best,
Jon
