IMO A
 We need to weaken the fact that senovia is an example of stability amongst unstable neighbours as it's borders are same compared to 20 years ago

According to Option A, if the borders of Senovia have been redrawn after years of dispute with neighbours to what they were originally 20 years this is a weakener as it shows that Senovia is also not stable
