What is 5 percent of x ?
(1) \(x = 200\)
\(\frac{5}{100}*x=\frac{5}{100}*200= 10\)
Sufficient
(2) \(10\) percent of \(x\) is \(20\).
\(\frac{10}{100}*x = 20\)
Donc \(x=200\)
so \(\frac{5}{100}*x=\frac{5}{100}*200= 10\)

The answer is D.
we can solve this question using Logic, no need to calculate. In order to find 5%*x, we need the value of x.
(1) gives us this directly.
(2) is one equation with one variable ==> we can definitely find x.
Conclusion: both are sufficient!
