Assume the total number of pigs to be 200, 10% got cholera and died -> 20 pigs died.
Since 50% of the pigs that got cholera didn't die, the total pigs who got cholera must be 40

Therefore, the total percentage of pigs that got cholera is \(\frac{40}{200} = 20%\)(Option A)
