R:B:G:Y = 6x:5x:2x:2x

From statement 1:

Given 6x-5x = 2. x = 2.

Green marbles = 2x = 4.
Sufficient.

From statement 2:

6x+5x+2x+2x = 15x = 30. x = 2.
Green marbles = 2x = 4.
Sufficient.
