Zeke,

My last GMAT practice test score is 650 (Q48 V30). I realize RC is my weakest area because I always run out of time in this section. I'm interested in taking GMAT Pill RC section offered by your company. Is there a way to just purchase the RC Pill instead of the entire verbal package? In this case, what is the pricing for the RC Pill and do GMAT Club members get any type of discount on that? Also would I be able to finish RC Pill and master the strategy within 2-3 days assuming full-time study (my plan is to master the strategy first and then do lots of practice)? I am taking my GMAT within 3 weeks. I want to find better strategies to combat RC section. How would you strategically advice I should spend my next 3 weeks before the test to boost my RC as well as other verbal sections (assuming these are better than RC but not as good as quant)? Thanks for your reply in advance.

Hi tripledegree,

The price is $147. The double discount only applies to the full 5-Pill Combo package, not to individual pills. You'll need more than 2-3 days to master RC. It's one of the more difficult but also more important sections of the GMAT. You should begin preparations now and absorb a little each day. Go back and review material that you did the day before. You can definitely go through the core RC strategies in 2-3 days but you'll want to get more practice yourself to solidify and internalize your understanding of how to attack passages effectively. Hope that helps. Hi Zeke, Thanks for your quick response. I have a few follow-up questions that were posted subsequent to your reply in the forum. I will appreciate it if you could get back to me soon so I can decide on whether to purchase the GMAT Pill. Thanks. I have a few questions on your product. First, how long would it take to complete your entire verbal package (I'm thinking of purchasing the entire verbal package instead of just the RC pill since there is only a small increase in price and I also need help with CR). I'll be taking my GMAT about 3 weeks from now. I'm wondering if I would be able to digest the information offered through your course and do enough practice questions/tests to boost my verbal score from 30 to 40+ (assuming I would be spending 12 entire days dedicated to study the videos, do practice problems, and practice test) within the 3 weeks time. Also for your verbal program, do you have a complementary schedule (similar to the one you had for the one-month plan) that I can use to guide me for the next 3 weeks of study? For instance, should I start with RC instead of CR because RC strategy takes longer to absorb through practice, etc. Moreover, does your program cross-reference OG 12 and OG Verbal guides for each concept being discussed in the videos (i.e.: For videos on Subject-Verb agreement, refer to OG 12 questions x, y z)? Last but not the least, is there a better way to reach you if I have further questions on your product for a quicker turnaround? (i.e.: skype) Could you please pm me of the alternative way to contact you if possible? Thanks you! Take a look at this calendar as a guideline: http://www.gmatpill.com/the-gmat-pill-m ... tudy-plan/ For a custom calendar focused on verbal - just spend more days repeating questions you got wrong in random order - backwards and forwards. Redo entire GMAT prep tests. The key is to consistently revisit and review your mistakes to learn from them and reference the course material. You can send emails to support@gmatpill.com or comment inside the members area. Hope that helps. I scored 650 (Quant - 49 and Verbal 30). I am looking for at least 700. I am planning to re-take the GMAT in a month time. While searching for a good study plan for a month, I came across this post. As my quant score is pretty decent, I am only interested in purchasing the verbal pill. Perhaps, it is for 199 USD. Following are my queries: Does the 50 point guarantee apply if I only purchase the verbal part? Do you guys suggest a study plan also? Are we allowed to make minor changes in the study plan? Looking forward for your reply !! Looking forward for your reply !! Hi NeedImprovement, Sorry to hear that. Your Q/V score is a little imbalanced so it does make sense to focus on verbal. Feel free to take a look at what others say about our verbal program: http://www.gmatpill.com/the-gmat-pill-m ... l-student/ If you like the preview videos, you'll love what's inside. However, we do have a policy that the 50 point guarantee only applies for the full package, not just the verbal portion. Having said that, many students improve a good amount even just with our verbal course. Just see the interview with Kang in the link above. Everybody's style is different so again - see for yourself what might fit your needs. Hope that helps! And yes, all full package members automatically get access to all future updates - that includes the Integrated Reasoning Pill (tentative May 2012 launch). It also includes other upgrades including upcoming GMAT CAT exams. Scored a 610. Q49 and a predictable V25 as english is not my native language. The only good thing was my quant was quite acceptable, so that I know where to focus on my prep for the next test. As i browse thru this forum, I came across to your GMAT Pill discount packafe of$327. Interested, especially with the +50 pts guarantee, but have few questions:

- I have a one month prep for my next test, do you have any study plan focusing on verbal?
- Does the discount package still comes with full access to GMAT Club tests?

Looking forward to your feedback. Thanks.

As for your questions: 1) You can see our 1 month study plan here: http://www.gmatpill.com/the-gmat-pill-m ... tudy-plan/ For each subsection on verbal, you should budget at least 5 SOLID HARDCORE days dedicated to that section - starting from your weakest subsection. 2) Yes, the discount package comes with full access to the GMATClub tests. Ram Hi Ram, We recommend GMATClub tests as additional supplement AFTER you've exhausted all the material from the OG and GMATPrep software. By "exhausted" I mean that you have applied GMATPill frameworks to these questions and you've marked which questions you got wrong. You never went to bed without knowing why you got those questions wrong that day. And you woke up the next day to revisit those same questions and refreshed your mind about how to better approach those questions. There's plenty of iterations and learning to go through before you even get to GMATClub tests. Treat the tests as supplemental to the core study method that will take up a bunch of your time.
