In the form you'll have to add details of the references, they'll recieve an email with the details. It is recommended you provide work IDs or professional email IDs and not Gmail, Yahoo etc. You can use them as well because of certain IT policies the professional ID may have.
You can remove,add, send reminder, and update details of the References after submitting your form as well. Please note until your references have not submitted the reference, your application will be marked as incomplete.
