Hey, I have 10 months experience till date and I’m applying in the last round of mba co-op application. I attended a webinar wherein they told us that experience should be 1 year at the time of application. So, should I apply right now or wait for another year?

Hi bhasintavleen07,
The experience is counted till the day of orientation which will be in September 2022. So if you will be working say till July or August and you will by then have the required Experience, it will count. This is what I was told when I had asked a similar question to the Adcom back in November.
