GSB Weekend [#permalink]
Hey I'm in for Fall 06 Weekend program at the GSB congrats to all. Personally my background is in Investment Management so I never really considered Kellogg, it seams it comes down to personal preference and goals; Finance/Investments versus GM/Marketing although that is most likely a short sighted view. I know that the GSB is more respected in my industry much like Kellogg would be for some others. Overall two amazing schools.

Econdork,

How long did it take for the admissions committee to get back to you after you applied. I too have applied for the Fall 06 weekend program and am anxiously waiting for the admission decision. I hope that we can be classmates. Can you share your profile.

hey all,
i was accepted to both of the evening programs for summer 2005. i chose kellogg ... for me it was a no-brainer. i just fit better there ... and i have been in love w/ the school forever.

my areas of concentration are management/strategy and decision sciences (econ/stats) - so i cannot really comment on the finance dilemma.

but i have been MORE than pleased w/ my decision. i love the profs, students, classes, social events, and location.

i wish you the best of luck in making your decision(s)! congrats!

oh, and here's my profile, if it helps ....

Congrats to all on your acceptances.

I live in Chicago and I'm interested in these schools as well. I'm going to get a Masters in Accounting first so it'll be a few years before I start on an MBA. I was just wondering if you planned on working full-time, part-time, or not at all while you attend these part-time programs.
