Will go with D
53% from 100MM+ corporations
60% from 10+ countries
They dont add up to 100% which implies there are corporations with 100MM+ inc and from 10+countries. D supports this!

D is the best.

T = Local + Foriegn
0.53Foriegn = ( 38 corporations > 100 million income )
0.6Foriegn = 200 returns from 10 countries

Since 0.6 + 0.53 > 1 .
But it cannot exceed 1 so the set containing 38 corportaions must intersect the set containing 200 corporations fro 10 countries. This means some of the 38 corporations must have been the part of 200 returns.

D and E are pretty close.

Only thing that separates them is- D(some of) which can be said where as E(Most of) can't be. If it was some of them may be yah, E could be the answer.

Most of generally implies >75(figuratively) a majority say

60% tax from 200 returns from >=10 countries. 53% of tax from >100million

The least inference we a take is.. some of >100million also do >=10 countries

Hope it helps!

E can't be, E is anti-causal. If a company trades in 10 or more country, doesn't mean ( and is not said int the argument) that it will have 100M+ income.
D is clearly stated in the argument.
