The only way I was able to figure out the question is that 160 over 100 is almost double than that, so making a projection the male will be almost 200 over 100 or something so in the ratio 2:1
I re-read the question millions of times and for me doesn't make much sense.
I believe for third-party companies will be even more difficult now to mimic DI GMAT official questions
