Imo A

A No issues with A
B Parallelism is an issue here move and carry verbs serve different purpose and they are not parallel. Moreover " to " has to come in the sentence to show purpose.
C Again false parallelism. We need " to "
D there should be and before "face less difficulty in getting". "Having moved is also wrong"
E The meaning is not clear here researchers face difficulty in getting permission. It should have been " facing less difficulty in getting"
