Since $$f(x)=x(1-x)$$, then $$f(1-x) = (1-x)(1-(1-x))=(1-x)x$$. We know that (1-x)x is f(x).

f(1 - x) =

(1 - x)(1 - (1 - x))

(1 - x)(x) = f(x)
