Let total revenue be \(= R\)

Manufacture \(= M\)

Tourism \(= T\)

Tourism \(= 20\)% of revenue

Therefore, manufacture \(= 80\)% of revenue

\(M = $600,000\)

\(M = \frac{80}{100} * R\)

\(600,000 = \frac{80}{100} * R\)

\(R = \frac{600,000 * 100}{80} = $750,000\)

\(T = 750,000 - 600,000 = $ 150,000\)

Tourism revenue declined by \(60\)%.

New Tourism revenue \(= 40\)% of \(T = \frac{40}{100} * 150,000 = 60,000\)

Manufacture revenue increased by \(150\)%.

New Manufacture revenue \(= 250\)% of \(M = \frac{250}{100}* 600,000 =1,500,000\)

Required percentage \(= (\)New \(T\) \(/\) New \(M) * 100 = ( \frac{60,000}{1,500,000} ) * 100 = 4\)%
