A. Questioning the truth of a statement on which Jesse’s conclusion is based
B. Suggesting that Jesse’s argument overlooks an important consequence
C. Noting that Jesse’s argument contradicts that which he is trying to prove
D. Reinforcing Jesse’s conclusion before suggesting a new conclusion
E. Citing evidence that disproves the evidence cited by Jesse in drawing his conclusion

Its a major tussle between B and E, as other 3 can be easily eliminated.
Why B better than E :
Though harjit disapproves jesse conclusion that vaccination is important, by giving a fact, He gives an additional claim also which supports his conclusion . So E is half baked cake. He disapproves but also presents a new theory.

B is better in this term, as it cites Jesse is overlooking a possibility.

IMO B

Hey rishab0507, In my opinion your reasoning for option E is not correct .
Harjit doesn't disapprove Jesses's evidence. He is not even saying people are not dying because of H1 vaccination. He simply provides more fact that more people dies because of contracting thramboxia.

IMO, he simply provides more data points which Jesse didn't consider.
