Late Round II v Early Round III

I know this question has been asked in the past, but I'm going to go ahead and ask anyway.
I intend to return to school this upcoming fall. I have applied to the Health Management and Policy Program at the University of Michigan School of Public Health to obtain a Masters in Health Services Administration (MHSA). However, since applying to the MHSA I have decided that I should also apply to Ross to leave open the open of a dual degree should I be accepted. I took the GMAT in August 2009 and scored a 710. I am happy with that score, considering my atypical background--nursing and law. The question is: now that the Round II period is nearly over, would my chances at acceptance to a top school like Ross be better if I wait until early Round III to apply as compared to late Round II. As you can tell, I do not know much about the application process. Right now I'm weighing my options of whether I should hustle to get everything in by the January 5th deadline or whether I slow down, relax, and get things submitted soon thereafter. I will appreciate any input, including a hotlink directing me to a previously answered thread if such a thread exists. Thank you.
