Hi bosho1,
Based on your question, I assume that you're currently facing some type of pacing issue. Many Test Takers face pacing problems while dealing with either the Quant or Verbal section (or both) - so you're not alone. However, pacing problems don't exist on their own though - they're the results of OTHER problems. If you have to 'rush' through a bunch of questions at the end of a section, then it's likely that "your way" of approaching questions is the "long way" (most GMAT questions can be approached in more than one way - so just because you got a question correct does NOT mean that you solved it with an efficient approach. In addition, it's also possible that there are some general inefficiencies in terms of how you take notes and work through Quant and Verbal "steps."
1) How have you scored on EACH of your CATs from the last month (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
2) Can you describe your pacing issue in more detail?
3) What is your goal score?
4) When are you planning to take the GMAT?
