To find: Amount spent on television advertising.

Statement 1) Let money spent on television advertising be x. Then, spending on billboard and magazine advertising is (1-0.2)*x=0.8x
Total=x+0.8x=90,000,000. then x= 50,000,000. Sufficient.

Statement 2) Insufficient as no information provided on television advertising.

IMO, Option A.
