B seems correct. read and made sense of --- the instruction looks quiet ok and parallel.
The problem with A is with making sense and reading instructions. Many people are making sense of what ?? I don't think that makes sense at all.

E : can be eliminate as "correcting … successfully" makes redundancy.
C,D : misplaced modifier error.
A : even though seem correct because "making sense and reading instructions" are in parallel but there is no meaning of "even after making sense"
option B best to select among all.
