Hi all,
Would like some feedback here. I have been involved in community ECs way back since I was in high school. HBS asks to rank the top 3 highest ECs you've been involved in and one from my high school still rings with me till today. Should I include it or should I just skip it and only consider undergrad onwards?

Most schools put a time limit on the experience (eg, in the past three years).

Unless you're applying straight out of undergrad, then this experience is at least 4 years old which is pushing it. It also kind of gives the message that you've done nothing notable since then.

You can try tying it to an ongoing EC you're currently involved in and have been involved with over the years.

High school ECs is way too much. I wouldnt put it.

I would definitely not go anything beyond the past 4 years. If that particular activity is in anyway related to any of your recent past activities, you could list the most recent one and bring in the high school element in the description..
