Hi there,

Ok, so you have a reason to apply to business school; the biggest challenge still is demonstrating that you can handle that quantitative nature of the program-- the academics! A top GMAT score will do that; and some quantitative coursework even this summer would support that as well. As much as b-schools do like to have creative/arts/non-quant students in the classes for diversity and unique perspectives, they still need to show a certain level of quantitative ability. Once you have a GMAT score or at least a good practice test score, you'll know more about your chances at certain programs. In general like I said, if you look at the US News & World Report MBA rankings, look past the first 25 and then from there decide what sort of geographic region you are interested in, what class size, teaching philosophy, hiring profiles, etc that you are interested in. For more ideas on selecting schools to apply to, see our free e-book that you can down-load here: https://info.mbamission.com/Selecting-Yo ... ram-E-Book.

Good luck on your decisions!

That was a great help...As per mocks am on 700- 720..Will take gmat in 2 months. So will only apply with 720+ so based on this kindly suggest me some schools in US which are good with scholarships as well.

Hi there,

You are welcome, and I wish you good luck on your GMAT. In terms of scholarships, be advised that they are fairly rare in the MBA world, and generally reserved for the very top applicants. The vast majority of business school students finance their education with education loans that they pay back over time at fairly low interest rates.

In terms of specific schools, it really depends on what YOU are looking for... I suggest you do some research. You can start with rankings, if you haven't yet; check out the US News & World Report Business School Rankings and the Financial Times Best MBA Rankings. Review our e-book that I sent you the link for. Talk with colleagues, friends, associates in roles you may be interested in or working for companies you may be interested in. Read blogs about various programs. Look at class profiles and employment data on school websites that you are looking into.

Wishing you the best!
