Hello,

I'm in the process of sending my application and I was wondering if some of my fellow applicants would be willing to share the online questions they got from IE.

I have no problems doing live interviews, but for some reason I tend to get really awkward when the interview is not in person, and I fear I may really botch this. Thanks to whoever may help! :(

Hey Lowryder,

The IE video essays are a very new process, so not a lot of people have gone through the same.

Here are few Kira questions that usually asked :

1) How do you work under pressure?
2) Tell me about a time when you had many tasks you had to work on at the same time. How did you prioritize?
3) Tell me about a time when you had to make a quick decision? What were the circumstances and what did you do?
4) Describe an accomplishment that has given you the most satisfaction and why?

Have you taken the Kira portion of the application yet? Can you share what was asked if you have?

Hey there,

I applied two days ago to the program, and I received an email regarding the same questions! Did you end up doing these questions? Would really appreciate if you can share with us the questions, how much time they gave you to prep before answering, the time they gave you to answer.

Hi Guys,
A few of you here are interested to know about the Kira Questions. I have looked at all of the Kira Interviews in the past years and have bucketed the questions into these major catagories:

1. Competency Questions
Sub- Categories : Comm. Skills, Leadership Acument, Teamwork, Problem solving Acumen, Self-Awereness
2. Domain Specific Questions: Questions pertaining to your industry knowledge (Marketing, Finance,consulting,etc)
3. Exploratory : Questions that are designed to know you and your values better
4. Goal-Based : Questions related to your long term and short-term goals as well as your thoughts on how the school will help you in achieving the same.

I have created a comprehensive Kira Interview e-Book that has 150+ past interview questions. Along with the interview questions, you can access answer tips and sample answers as well well.
