Hi thefinancegal,
The scoring algorithm on the Official GMAT is far more complicated than most people realize. Since that algorithm is proprietary, no GMAT company has an exact match for it, thus CAT scores can vary a bit based on the 'biases' involved in their respective designs. The most realistic CATs available are the 6 from GMAC (the 2 free CATs, and each of the 2 that come with Exam Pack 1 and Exam Pack 2), so it would be useful to know how you performed on one of those CATS.
Before you take one of those CATs though, you have to be careful about taking too many CATs in too short a period of time. The process of taking (and reviewing) a CAT requires a significant amount of energy and effort - and takes time to 'recover' from. This is one of the reasons why you typically shouldn't take more than 1 CAT per week - and your last CAT should be taken about 1 week before Test Day. If you have been averaging 2 CATs/week for the last 3 weeks, then there's a reasonable chance that you are experiencing some 'burn out' - and that is something that we want to avoid as you head into Test Day.
You should plan to take one of those Official CATs sometime soon - but no sooner than about a week after this most recent CAT. Once you have that score result, you should post back here and we can discuss how best to proceed.
1) What Schools are you planning to apply to?
2) What are the exact application deadlines you're facing?

Thank you Rich. I sat for the GMAT Prep 1 today and received a score of 710(V38,Q49). This was a bit shocking for me considering I had a median score of 640 on the 6
MGMAT CATs.
Additionally, I feel my score might be a bit inflated because I could recognize around 2-3 questions in each Verbal and Quant section.
In response to your question, 1) I am applying to MiM/Msc Finance programmes in Europe and USA. (Eg. FSFM, ESSEC, WHU, Duke etc)
2) My second round deadlines are in the first week of January. So I'm applying in mid-December. I will be sitting for GMAT on 30th November as I have an internship/exam preparation starting right after that I want to focus on.
