I appeared for my GMAT Exam today.
The system got frozen 2 times during the test for 10 minutes each. When the test resumed, the timer showed 1.5 mins less each time. Can this affect the score? And also how can I complain regarding it?

Contact GMAC/Pearson and describe in detail the issues you faced. They will corroborate with the test center.

From what you have described, this situation warrants official cancellation of the test. You may be entitled to a free retake.

Yes, you deserve and need to quickly file a complaint to gmac. In your case, you can get a refund and register your next GMAT (the previous test will be cancelled)

The Test center will usually provide you with a reference code to file a complaint

Hi Abinav_1696,

Did you speak to the folks at the test center after your exam?

I did. They asked me to mail GMAC regarding it.
