We can let the number of girls = 120 and the number of boys = 60. Thus, 120 x 0.3 = 36 girls get admission and 60 x 0.45 = 27 boys get admission. Thus, the percentage of candidates who get admission is:

(36 + 27) / (120 + 60) = 63/180 = 35%

Therefore, the percentage of candidates who do not get admission is 100% - 35% = 65%.
