Veritas Prep Practice Tests Accuracy

Hello, terrifiedpretzel. I hope your namesake is no indication of how you are viewing the GMAT™. So many debriefs mention letting go and simply seeing the exam as another trial run. When you turn it into a gargantuan task, you are much less likely to earn the score you want or may be capable of achieving.

To answer your question, from what I have read in numerous debriefs, the general consensus on Veritas Prep mocks is that they may run slightly harder than the real thing. This differs from test-taker to test-taker, but again, in general, most students seem to find that they score slightly higher than they had on their Veritas Prep mocks. I would urge you, however, to get used to practicing official Verbal questions in particular, since they have a certain feel to them. You do not want to put yourself in a position in which you feel great about Veritas Prep mocks but then feel blindsided on the actual exam, at the worst possible moment.

I would recommend searching the forum for debriefs and combing through them to see what you can find. Good luck with your studies.
