Re: Veritas Prep Practice Tests Accuracy [#permalink]
AndrewN - just a silly name I came up with! I've taken the test twice now and have been studying for way too long....at this point the test doesn't phase me too much :) Much more terrified about getting into a top MBA program!

I appreciate the insights and I've heard mostly the same thing about VP's tests on this forum & Reddit. I'm taking your advice to heart and am really going to focus on solving OG problems for the remaining time I have. Thank you for the input, much appreciated!

ScottTargetTestPrep - my ideal score is a 720! I've never scored 720 on a practice test, but I'm hoping that my 2 Veritas 710 scores (if their tests are indeed harder) indicate that I can realistically achieve a 720 on the real thing. TTP has been super helpful btw, really enjoyed taking the Quant chapters for my weak areas and the Verbal beta.

Sure thing, terrifiedpretzel. One more bit of advice: as much as possible, think about the questions in front of you, on the screen, when you take the GMAT™. The more you think about other nonsense—e.g., what may be riding on your score—the less likely you are to achieve your top marks. So many Experts and top-scoring test-takers alike advise others to relax when they go to take the test. They are just questions, after all.

Good luck. If you have further questions, feel free to ask.
