what were the study sources you used to prepare for the exam?
giving mocks solely wont help you achieve target score ; one needs to understand reasoning why options are wrong as well especially for SC
for your verbal mock scores did you happen to review the tests? if so what were the sections you did not do well in , try doing a deep dive into the topics which are your weakness

I took my GMAT 1st attempt on Sep 10, 2021 and my second attempt on Oct 15, 2021. In the first attempt, i scored a mere 540 with a verbal score of V22 and in my second attempt, i scored a 590 with a verbal score of V27. My Quant score was Q44 for both exams. In all my GMAT and Manhattan practice tests, I have never scored below V35 and on an average my score has been around V37 to V38. I just don't understand what's happening. While giving my second attempt, I felt my verbal section was going really well. I managed my time well on the section and attempted all questions. Are GMAT and Manhattan practice test incorrect indicators of your verbal ability in the GMAT. What strategy can i use before I attempt to take GMAT for a third time. Verbal Experts please help
