Hey, yes I got admitted to the Goodman MBA program.
There was no interview honestly, maybe because I didn't apply to the MBA ISP.
GRE - 319
IELTS - 8.0
GPA - 3.67
Work Experience - 20 months

Can you let me know what were the questions for referees?

Were there any questions to be submitted? I could not find any in the application. Also, wasn't there an interview?

Questions were only the SOP part. I wanted to know if the referees have to submit a letter or answer questions when submitting their reference. Can you let me know if you have applied to goodman?

Hey rajdeepmukherjee,

Did you check the first post 👆 of this thread? Your SOP should address all those questions.

If you are applying to the MBA program, then there is NO interview. But if you are applying to the MBA ISP (International Student Pathway) program, there is an interview.

+1 on the 'referees' question asked by Aditya6697. I also want to know that.

Kira interview questions for Goodman
There were 7 video questions and 1 written question. I don't remember the exact language and all the questions, posting whatever I remember, hope this helps.
1. Why MBA now and why Goodman?
2. What are the factors that may prevent you from doing academically well? Is there a difference between the factors that motivates friends & colleague and you?
3. Were you ever part of a team where you or someone was not giving their 100%? How did you handle it and what was the outcome?
4. What career doesn't interest you and why?
5. You will be moving to Canada and there will be a huge cultural and language difference. What are the things you are working on to improve your english.
6. Tell us about your international encounter? How did you handle the situation?

MBA ISP, AFAIK only ISP program requires a KIRA interview.

Yes indeed only ISP has interview in their schedule. Btw are you admitted in the ISP or traditional program?

Still waiting for a decision. They say that it takes 2 to 3 weeks on the website.

After KIRA they respond within a week. In my case, there was some problem with KIRA so they did not get notified even though I completed the interview, had to mail them. Mailed on 10th and received an admit today.
