I don't think it can work. They do require a couple of ID #s (passport, etc.) so they can narrow down your identity. They even take a picture of you (the test taker) which is added to your report.
Now, if someone managed to get different IDs or something I guess they could attemp it. This is most likely a felony everywhere, so I'd assume anyone attempting this should have differente career choices than an MBA. If, however, it was the work of a small time crook looking for a US visa (via a B-school admit), I'm sure (s)he would struggle to obtain a visa with such a dodgy record. Plus there's a 9 in 10 chance (s)he would not score 700+ anyway.
When filling in apps. I was wondering why B-schools required such extensive data on parents and everything. I first though it was to assess the candidate's background and claims (if he wrote about defeating odds, etc.). But I was told by someone it was actually supposed to help adcoms properly identify candidates. In some countries, there are lots of people with similar names, etc., and the extensive data (city of residence, age, parents' names, occupations, etc.) are supposed to help them properly identify their applicants.
So, yes, there might be a chance, but, the odds are very weak.
